Returns And Refunds Policy
Cotton Polly Designs (PTY) Ltd, shall accept returned products for replacement, credit, or refund under the following conditions.
Unwanted products:
Only blank, un-printed garments or products that have been purchased from us in their blank state, shall be accepted for replacement, credit, or refund only if the following conditions are met…
- The product is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
- The product is returned in the original packaging.
- The product is not missing any accessories or parts.
- The Client requests a return from our admin department admin@cottonpolly.co.za within 3 days of taking delivery of the product.
- The courier cost of returning the unwanted product to us will be deducted from the refund amount paid back to the Client.
- Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
Garments or products that have been printed on as part of the purchase.
Due to the fact that products/garments that have been modified by means of having each customers own choice of design being attached, printed, or embroidered on to them before delivery, Cotton Polly Designs cannot accept any such product, neither for replacement, nor for credit nor for refund, when based solely on a change of heart by any client.
Defective or Incorrect Products.
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver are of a high quality and without defects. Products may not be returned as defective unless the product is either incorrectly supplied, or if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The onus is on the Client to prove that goods are defective. Cotton Polly Designs reserves the right to inspect any goods returned under this clause. On receipt of the returned product, Cotton Polly Designs will make every reasonable effort to inspect said product in a timeous manner. Cotton Polly Designs will then exchange or refund the product on condition that:
- The Client reports the defects and requests a return of the product to our admin department (admin@cottonpollyco.za) within 3 days of taking delivery of the product.
- The product is unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
- The Product is not missing any accessories or parts (unless the Client can prove that missing accessory or parts are what rendered the product as defective)
Should we determine that the product was indeed faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning the product will be to our account and the Client will be offered a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to the Client.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
Cotton Polly Designs reserves the right to inspect and dispute the validity of any claim for any product returned whether defective or unwanted. Any decision we make regarding the outcome of such a claim will be final.
