  • After checkout we’ll handle the rest and have your printed item shipped right to your door.
  • The sky is the limit, be it a photo of your pet, an inspiring or funny quote, a colorful fashion image, your company logo, or team mascot. Let your imagination flow and bring your own personality into your design.
  • If you know what you want, but you don’t have the time or the artistic ability for it, just Contact Us and let our design team help bring your idea to life.
  • Obviously the higher the resolution and clarity of your image/file, the better it will print, that said, some might want only a small logo, and others, large colorful designs. We have stopped at nothing to include options that suit all scenarios.
  • The following file types can be uploaded from within in the design area: Jpg, Png, and Svg.
  • Additionally ai, eps, pdf, psd, and several embroidery file types can also be uploaded when selecting a garment or from any of the provided contact forms.
  • File Size: 100 KB to 10MB
  • Dimensions: Minimum – 500 x 500px – Maximum – 3000 x 3000px
  • Quality: Minimum 72PPI – Max 300PPI  –  (Ideal range 150 to 300PPI)

  • At present we offer T-shirts, Golf Shirts, Hoodies, Hats, and Caps. We do also offer Beanies but due to the nature of wool, only embroidered designs can be applied to them.
  • All designs submitted through our Design Area will be printed using the DTF system as it offers many advantages for single, small and even large print orders. More About DTF
  • We do also offer Machine Embroidery and Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) both of which, you can uploasd your design files for before adding an item to the shopping cart, or alternatively, through any of the contact forms provided. Contact
  • We always do our absolute best to get every order out as quickly as possible.
  • In reality though, the answer to that depends somewhat on the complexity and size of your order.
  • The short answer is 3 to 7 working days. Bulk orders might take longer.
  • The more indepth answer is as follows. We do keep a large inventory of garments, but stock levels could play a role in how long it takes to get your order shipped out. On average we have The Courier Guy collect your order from us within 2 to 4 working days, and depending on where you are, delivery could take anything from 1 to 7 working days. Although not guaranteed, our experience with The Courier Guy is that most deliveries take place within 24 to 48 hours after collection from us.

  • If you’d like to save on delivery and collect from our premisis in Alberton then symply select the “Local Pickup” option at checkout and there will be no delivery charge applied.
    • Please note that we are primarily an online store, and therefore you will need to arrange a mutually acceptable date and time to collect your order from us. 
  • We have a flat rate of R109.99 for deliveries to any of the major metro areas in South Africa.
  • Surcharges may apply for deliveries to Government Buildings, Mines, Power Stations, Chain Stores, Plots and Farms, Hospitals, Trust Areas, Game Reserves, National Parks Holiday Resorts, and rural areas.

  • We are certainly do. The website doesn’t yet automatically generate bulk discounts though, so it’s best to Contact Us about your bulk orders in advance. Bulk discounts cannot be negotiated after work on an order has already begun.
  • You are welcome to do whatever you want with any items purchased through Cotton Polly, that includes reselling under your own brand and on your own platform, you can even add your own branding as part of your design.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot print or sell any designs that are known to be someone else’s copyrighted property, whether they be phrases, images, banners, or logos etc. We will also not be able to accept any orders that we feel could be re-sold as counterfeit goods.   • The quick answer is as follows…
  • We will gladly replace, at our own cost, or refund you the full amount, (after returning the item to us for inspection), on condition that:
  • It has not been worn.
  • We incorrectly supplied the item.
  • If you can prove with photographic evidence that it was clearly damaged when you received it.
  • We will also refund (less courier costs), any unwanted items in their original packaging, and in their un-damaged, un-worn condition, but only if they were purchased blank, that is without embellishments (Printing, Vinyl, or Embroidery).
  • Unfortunately, any item that has been personalised (Printed, or embellished with your design in any way), but is not defective or incorrectly supplied, cannot be returned for a refund.
