Deliveries within South Africa

Cotton Polly Designs uses The Courier Guy for all deliveries within South Africa

1. Surcharges may apply for deliveries to Government Buildings, Mines, Power Stations, Chain Stores, Plots and Farms, Hospitals, Trust Areas, Game Reserves, National Parks Holiday Resorts, and rural areas.
2. Deliveries will be subject to The Courier Guy’s own in house policy’s regarding service areas, for more information see The Courier Guy “Terms and Conditions”.
3. Orders will be packaged and handed over to The Courier Guy within 4 business days of payment being verified.
4. Unless otherwise stated, quotations and options for delivery will be calculated at checkout.
5. Although not guaranteed, the average time between order and delivery is 3 to 6 working days.

7. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery and billing information is provided at checkout. Cotton Polly Designs cannot be held responsible for delays or parcels not being delivered if the client provides incorrect or inaccurate delivery address information at checkout.
8. Please Contact Us if you do not receive your parcel within the estimated delivery time provided and we will be happy to assist in locating it. In order for us to prove delivery, Cotton Polly Designs does not have to prove that the actual client received the goods at the delivery address, but only that someone at the afore-mentioned address has signed for the parcel.

Free Delivery

All orders over R900 that originate within the borders of South Africa will enjoy free delivery under the following conditions:

1. Free delivery is only available for orders being delivered within South Africa.
2. Cotton Polly Designs (PTY) LTD uses The Courier Guy for all deliveries within South Africa.
3. Free deliveries will only apply to addresses within the major metropolitan areas of South Africa. Delivery areas will be subject to The Courier Guy’s own in house policy’s regarding service areas, for more information see The Courier Guy “Terms and Conditions”
4. Providing that all the above conditions are met, the initial delivery fee will be for Cotton Polly Designs’ account, additional charges may however apply to the customer for deliveries in the following areas…  Government Buildings, Mines, Power Stations, Chain Stores, Plots and Farms, Hospitals, Trust Areas, Game Reserves, National Parks Holiday Resorts, and rural areas.

Deliveries to Lesotho, Eswatini, Namibia, and Botswana.

1. At this stage, customers from the above locations should contact Cotton Polly Designs directly if they wish to place any orders.
2. Deliveries can only be made to major metropolitan areas within the above countries.
3. Please get in touch with us via our Contact Form.
4. Cotton Polly Designs will then take the following action.
5. Request a quotation from our global Logistics provider for shipping and cartage to the customers given delivery address.
6. Send a copy of the above-mentioned quotation to the inquiring client.
7. Send the purchased items upon completion of the client’s full transaction (including shipping as quoted)
8. Orders will be packaged and handed over to our international shipping provider within 3 business days of payment being verified.
9. Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to Government Buildings, Mines, Power Stations, Chain Stores, Plots and Farms, Hospitals, Trust Areas, Game Reserves, National Parks Holiday Resorts, and rural areas (if available).
